French Riviera monument : Chateau De La Napoule in Mandelieu-la-napoule

This 14th-century castle was dismantled by the Duke of Savoy's soldiers, and transformed into a glass factory after 1789. Much later on, it was bought by Henry Clews who undertook major restoration that give it its current appearance, a pastiche of castles from medieval times.
