mix the flour and the butter (a bit melted). Add a small glass of salted water.
Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
Peel the onions and cut them into rounds. Fry them with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme and laurel.
Flatten the dough. Spread butter in a cake tin. Put the dough in the tin.
Add the onions, decorate with slices of tomatoes, olives, and anchovies.
Cook them together for 45 minutes (thermostat 7)
Sprinkle with mashed oregano before dressing.
