  • Ingredients : Salad
    Boiled eggs
    Fresh small artichokes
    Green pepper
    Small fresh onions
    Sheets of basil and black olives from Nice.

This is an excellent sandwich that can be an ideal appetiser in summer as well. It contains all the ingredients of the 'nicoise' style salad in a round shaped bread of which both sides are wet with olive oil. It can be prepared in any other kind of bread as well.
Cut the bread horizontally. Rub each half with a clove of garlic, pour a bit of vinegar inside, add some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fill the bread with thinly chopped salad, tomatoes, boiled eggs, tuna, anchovies, cucumbers, fresh small artichokes, green pepper, radishes, fresh small onions, sheets of basil and black olives. Leave it in the fridge one hour before serving.
