Nicois style spaghettis
Cut the peppers, the garlic and the tomatoes into four pieces. Fry them with thyme and basil.
Cook them for 30 to 40 minutes Cook the pasta in a pan filled with 1 liter of boiling oil.
Drain the pasta. Mash the anchovies. Remove the pit inside the olives, mix all the ingredients together, season, add a bit of Cayenne chili.
