Description
It is an association or company that sells you the services of a Family Employee (otherwise known as Nanny or baby-sitter), who will come to your house to look after your child(ren). This person is not necessarily state qualified. It is up to you as a parent to check the person’s experience and necessary qualifications. If these establishments offer care for children under 3 years you must check that they have a quality label which is awarded by the president of the county council. It is possible that 2 families hire the same Family Employee, who will then alternate between the 2 homes to look after the children.
