Description
To celebrate the 1st anniversary of the oepening of the village of Biot's oven, an internation competition is being organised on the 19th september to see who can make the best "pissaladière".

The organisers would be delighted to have the english speaking community participate and to taste their version of this regional speciality.

Dishes will be accepted until 4.30pm, when the judges wi start tasting.
