Tuesday 22nd of April at 8pm, a conference will be given by Geseke Lundgren, a Waldorf-Steiner teaching specialist.

Indeed, she has acquired a 15 years experience in Sweden as a teacher, and has also been a member of The European Council of Waldorf Steiner schools and a member of the Early Childhood Society.

This conference will be in English with a simultaneous translation.

MARCHE DE NOEL - CHRISTMAS FAIR

Description
A rich program for children at Mougins' Christmas Fair this year, on the 15th and 16th December, from 10am to 6pm.

During this week-end many activities and entertainment have been organized as well as the gourmet food and Christmas stands.

There will be:
Pony and cart rides, a Christmas farm, chorals and Scottish dance demonstrations...

At 2.30pm and 4.30pm on both days, a comedy play for children will be presented called Maman sois sage.

And from 10am to 12.30am and 2pm to 5.30pm:
- Bread Baking workshop - Demonstration of how to make bread. Children can take their own home made dough and bake it at home.
- Creation corner - Children are invited to make their own Christmas cards, decorations and candle sticks.
- Cooking lessons given by a Chef
- Christmas Farm - Come and say hello to the animals from the farm.

Description
Various sorts of entertainment will be organised for children on the 16th and 17th December:
- Show from 2.30pm to 4.30pm in the Salle des Mariages - Place du Cdt Lamy,
- Christmas farm with Santa from 10am to 6pm at the Place Lld Isnard,
- Bread making workshop from 10am to 6pm at the Place Lld Isnard,
- 5 kids workshops (face painting, Christmas cards and different decorations) from 10am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5.30pm at the Place Lld Isnard,
- Horse drawn cart rides from 11am to 5pm, departing from the fountain at the Place du Cdt Lamy,
- Introduction to Christmas tastes with a cooking workshop at 10am, 2pm and 4pm at avenue Jean Charles Mallet,
- Cooking lesson with the previous Moulin de Mougins chef, Serge Chollet: length 1h30 and you must enrol your child of 8years and over at the tourist office from the 10th December - places limited.

Description
The Mougins Médiathèque will be organising a Halloween show for children in the Courteline Hall in Mougins village, on the 31st October at 4.30pm. For children aged 5 and over. Please call for reservations.

The spooky performance will be followed by a hunt for sweets in the village from 6pm.
