Description
Baby swimming sessions are organised here by a French teacher qualified in yoga, pool safety and phycho-relaxation, and who also speaks English.

The pool is heated at 34° and is without chlorine. It is a relaxed ambiance with soft music playing in the background.

The groups are made up of 6 babies/children with one parent, for babies from 2 ½ months old until children of 3 years old.

The last lesson reserved for 2 to 3 year olds and gives them an introduction to swimming.

Lessons are every Saturday, from 9.30am to midday and 5.30pm to 7pm. Each session last 30 minutes.

Price: 95€ for 8 sessions.

The club organises swimming sessions and lessons for babies, children and pregnant women.

Baby sessions: Saturday from 9am to 11am, Sundays from 9am to 11.30am for a yearly fee of 150€. Baby may attend from the age of 4 to 5 months old once his/her vaccination up to date.

Pregnant women: Sundays from 11.30am to 12.30pm. Price: 60€ for 10 sessions.

Children: Tuesdays from 5pm to 5.45pm or 5.45pm to 6.30pm, Wednesdays from 9am to 9.45am or 9.45am to 10.30am, Fridays from 5pm to 5.45pm or 5.45pm to 6.30pm and Saturdays from 3.30pm to 4.15pm. The times and days depend on the level of the child Price: 150€ for one year.

Description
Sports Loisirs organises baby swimming sessions that babies from the age of 4 or 5 months get used to water but also aim specifically at prevention to reduce the risk of drowning by teaching parents the correct way to hold a baby in water.

The sessions last 30 minutes and cost 125€ for 10.

The times are: Mondays 3.30pm to 4pm ; Fridays at 3.45pm ; Saturdays at 8.45am and 10.15am.

Swimming lessons are also give from 3/4 years old.

Description
This ranch, open all year, is situated a 2 minute drive from Frejus Zoo, and organises pony rides, horse riding lessons, school holiday workshops and even kids birthday parties.

Pony rides from 2 years old: parents pull the pony on easy, sign posted trails surrounding the ranch - 8€/25 mins.

Pony outings from 4 years old: rides on docile ponies. Once the children have been tested to make sure that they can cope with a small trek, they are led by an adult on easy paths to a tipi where they will make beaded bracelets and Indian necklaces, have their faces painted and play tam tams. This is an original idea for a child's birthday party. Price: 15€/1hr trek.

Birthday Parties: Celebrate your child's birthday in an Indian setting which included pony rides. Parents must bring along the cake and birthday snack.

Tourist Treks: Head of the discover the surrounding Var countryside, either in the morning or the afternoon. Ideal for a family outing. Price: 15€/1 hr.
