On the French shores of the Mediterranean, near the picturesque resorts of Bandol and Sanary in the Var department, L’ile des Embiez is an unspoilt island just off the coast from the small port of Le Brusc. Here, where the sun shines 300 days a year, you can discover a paradise of 95 hectares of pine forest, vineyards, flower gardens, quiet beaches and wild coves surrounded by sparkling, clear sea – far from the summer crowds on the mainland.
A range of shops and facilities are at your disposal on the island, including a grocery store, souvenir and clothes shops, a sailing harbour, hotels, bars, ice-cream parlours, a pizzeria and a creperie. The island also boasts a doctor’s clinic, a cash-machine at the harbour master’s office, and a post-office which is open all year round.

Rooms

An extremely attractive hotel, with 60 rooms and one suite all enjoying sea views or a view of the harbour. The rooms are large (24 m2) and comfortable: recently refitted (in 2001), all are equipped with air-conditioning, telephones and televisions. The communal areas are spacious and include a lobby, a bar with a large, sunny terrace, a large air-conditioned restaurant opening onto a shady, flowered terrace, several lounges and a ballroom

Health & fitness centre

Situated in the middle of the island, the Heliovital fitness centre extends over 500m2. It can be accessed directly from the Helios hotel via an elevator and comprises three different areas:

“Aqua-tonic” area : a 17m heated indoor swimming pool, equipped with 10 underwater jets for massage and relaxation, 2 jet-streams for swimming against a current and gymnastics barres for support during aqua-gym exercises. There is also an open-air solarium and a weight-training and fitness room.
Sauna, hammam and spa area.

Balneotherapy health and beauty area : A range of health and beauty balneotherapy treatments are at your disposal: multijet baths, high pressure jet showers, body and facial treatments, massages, lymphatic drainage, crymotherapy, etc.
