The apartment is a small apartment 2 Parts, entirely remakes to new (work completed in July 2003) of 22m2 with water room and corner cuisine.
Il is in a building of the Nice Old city, the district more animated and most picturesque of Nice, near the Masséna place; to note that the beach is very close (approximately 300m). The apartment has two parts (small room, exposure North-western with sight on the gardens of the Paillon. (in background the Masséna college and hills overhanging Nice; living room with corner cooks, South-eastern exposure, sight on the toits).
Il is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
The apartment is very clear very luminous. It is air-conditioned. The corner kitchen includes/understands electric plates, furnace microwaves, refrigerator with compartment integrated freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and wall cupboards high and low. The water room includes a shower with cabin (width 70 cm), a basin WC and a piece of furniture basin with cupboard-mirror. Television with satellite. Cloths and towels not provided.
Furniture: settee-convertible BZ (a preceding tenant meant me the good comfort of the mattress), transformable triangular table in table square width 70cm, small coffee table, convenient, four chairs .

All (movable and equipment) are new. In short, the apartment is small but, very functional, very pleasant, any comfort and, especially air-conditioned.
